In anticipation of our busy season, we want to make sure all of our customers are aware of the issue we had in ROES to prevent any orders not being sent through.
With that said, please know that ROES is fully functional, but you MUST perform the following steps to be able to submit orders to us successfully. Without following the instructions below, the order will timeout during file upload and get stuck in your cart. Please check your cart if you have tried uploading orders within the last month.
Start ROES and go to “Diagnostic Tools” located in the lower right corner of the HOME page.
- Click “Clear Caches“
- then, “Clear Both Caches“
Upon performing these steps, please submit orders as you normally would. We will process your orders as soon as we can and you will receive an email confirmation once it’s entered into our system. Thank you again for your patience and cooperation during this time!
