Imprinting

IMPRINTING

Imprinting is one of the most popular ways to customize your album. We see so many cool types of imprinting on the client albums that ship out from our facility every day, so we thought it would be useful to help breakdown some of the best imprinting options and offer some helpful tips and ideas!  Check them out below.

Using the “|” symbol as a divider

Using the “|” symbol as a divider or to break up two words in your imprinting is very unique and not very well known.  It’s a modern, sleek, and simplistic way to break up one line of imprinting and most importantly, it looks great.  (This pipe symbol is found on the same United States QWERTY keyboard key as the backslash key.)  Here are some examples:

Custom Stamps are AWESOME.

We love reviewing the custom stamps that our customers build! They are always unique and vary so much from each photographer’s style. You can choose to express your own style for each album with a certain font/styling OR you can make it all about your client and include their monogram/custom designs from their wedding!  Either way, it results in a beautiful and personalized cover that your clients will love.  Some great ideas for custom stamps:  Your company/studio logos,  special fonts, family crests, monograms, client tattoos, symbols…the possibilities are endless!  Check out the examples below:

Spine Imprinting

Another great imprinting option is spine imprinting. It’s subtle, yet bold, and it won’t distract the front cover of the album.  You can stamp anything from the date, venue location, nicknames, and just about anything else that comes to mind, on the spine of your book.  You can even stamp the spine of our Deluxe Presentation Box if you choose to upgrade!  It’s just another way to make your album package special and unique for your clients.

Note:  We will typically adjust the font size depending on what you want to be written on the spine and what we think looks the best.
