We’re Moving!

 

What?!

After 25+ years of being in the same facility, we are relocating to Mineola, NY! Several factors have lead up to this decision, but we’ve concluded that this is the best move for the future of our company and our loyal/potential customers alike.

 

Why?

To be completely transparent – we have phased out a huge portion of our traditional stock products and no longer need as large of a space as we once did. As a direct result, we can now focus on refining our remaining product lines and better allocate our time and resources to improve what really matters to us – and that’s to supply photographers with premium, professional-grade albums and making your entire customer experience with us better.

 

How does this affect you?

We will have no choice but to close our facilities from 7/23 – 7/27. During this time, our phones will be off but we will still be checking emails periodically. Orders that are in progress will be slightly delayed, but we are going to do everything in our power to complete as many orders as we can by 7/20. We are aiming to resume normal business operations during the week of 7/30. Once we are up and running again, all orders in progress will be rushed and given top priority to prevent any significant delays.

 

IMPORTANT: Please note, you can still submit orders during this time, but our servers will have to be shut down at some point between 7/23-7/25, so please keep this in mind!
